About the Book
This is the first book of its kind, which prescribes a far-sighted scientific theory – The GPS Paradigm for M&As and JVs – to enable companies across sectors and spheres to thrive(not merely survive), stay relevant, and ensure sustainable growth. It enables and empowers founders, business leaders, CEOs, and professionals, including investment bankers, lawyers, and tax advisors across different generations and businesses to steer their future business voyages and expeditions. Simply put, this book is for those mavericks who, more than merely driving the change, are aspiring to be the change.
“In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, a monumental distruption led by the fusion of physical, digital and biological domains is pushing organizations towards a new normal of inorganic growth. Nitin unfolds a refreshing and practical framework for steering corporate mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures going forward. The business challenges are lucidly explained and the strategies to avoid failures are well articulated. A’must read’ for everyone in business and profession”

Reviews from happy readers
Truly informative!
Its an amazing book! I love it inspiring stories, step by step ideas, strategies and how author has tried best to simplify the concept via stories, examples, tools, charts, techniques etc.
The best thing about this book is, unlike many business books it was written in a story form. This makes it more reliable. Here author has shares some real examples of Google, Facebook, Amazon, Softbank and my personal favorite Netflix. From startups to other big ventures

Great insights into domain knowledge.
Being a student of data science, I was attracted to the substantial passages devoted to technology and instances of disruptive innovation in business and industry. I got a ringside view of the domain side which is so critical to build and analyse hypotheses across different verticals. I also concurred with the author’s views on the startup ecosystem. I was deeply moved to read about the milestones of the author’s voyage as a M & A lawyer. The part where he writes about how the book Jonathan Livingstone Seagull inspired him towards positive action is simply unmissable.
Honestly, I never imagined a book about mergers and acquisitions could be such an engaging read. I would definitely recommend it to students of all disciplines.

Interesting read
With the help of charts and examples, the author wonderfully explains every concept. The strategies that the author shared are like a treasure for Business Founders, Leaders, Bankers, Finance Heads, Legal Professionals and Students.
From the process to execution, the way each model is explained, every strategy that the author explained is commendable. The concepts were a bit different to me hence I took a lil more time to understand every concept. The interesting examples made it easier to understand.
I liked how the author explained every minute regulation that we may not be aware of. How these Paradigms benefits us and how they are useful in business, the real-life examples were super interesting. The author shared his journey which was full of lessons.
With the simple and crisp writing style of the author along with lots of information and analysis, it’s a must-read book.
